When people hear "casino", many instantly picture glamour, flashing lights, and the sound of coins dropping. There's certainly something unmatched about the atmosphere of a physical casino — but if we're honest, access to physical casinos in Malaysia is limited. That's exactly why the online casino at rm99a exists to bridge that gap.
Rm99a brings a complete casino games collection — from baccarat, blackjack, and roulette to sic bo and dragon tiger — all playable from your phone or computer. No dress code, no long drives, and no operating hours to worry about. The rm99a casino platform is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
No casino game is more popular among Malaysian players than baccarat. This isn't just perception — real data shows that baccarat accounts for over 70% of all table activity in Asian casinos. At rm99a, baccarat is available in multiple formats to suit every type of player.
For newcomers, baccarat is actually very simple to learn. You just need to choose from three betting options: Banker (dealer), Player (player), or Tie (tie). Cards are then dealt according to fixed rules, and the side whose hand value is closest to 9 wins. No decisions are required while cards are being dealt — everything happens automatically according to the rules.
One reason baccarat is so popular is that the house edge on the Banker bet is among the lowest of any casino game — just around 1.06%. The Player bet carries a house edge of 1.24%. By comparison, most slot machines have a house edge of between 3% and 8%. This means your money statistically lasts longer at the baccarat table than at the slots.
The Tie bet, while offering payouts of up to 8:1, carries a much higher house edge — around 14.4%. Experienced players at rm99a generally avoid the Tie bet except as a small side wager.
If baccarat is about choosing and waiting, blackjack is a game where your decisions genuinely impact the outcome. That's its main appeal — every hand gives you the chance to think, analyse, and make smarter calls than the dealer.
The objective of blackjack is to get a higher card value than the dealer without exceeding 21. You start with two cards and can choose to Hit (take an additional card), Stand (stick with the current hand), Double Down (double the bet with one additional card), or in certain situations Split (split two cards of equal value).
By applying the mathematically proven basic blackjack strategy, the house edge can be reduced to below 0.5% — making blackjack one of the best-value casino games for players willing to learn how to play correctly. rm99a offers a variety of blackjack options including Classic Blackjack, Multi-Hand Blackjack, and Atlantic City Blackjack.
